Return Eligibility
- ✓Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- ✓Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- ✓Items must be in their original packaging.
- ✓Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- ✓Stitched / customised orders made to your specific measurements.
- ✓Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' on the product page.
- ✓Worn, washed, or damaged items (damage caused after delivery).
- ✓Items without original tags or packaging.
How to Return

Contact Us
Reach out via our Contact page or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order. Share your order ID and the reason for return.

Get Approval
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Confirmation within 24 hours.

Send the Item
Pack the item securely and send it to our address. Include your order ID inside the parcel. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item was defective.

Inspection
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Refund Policy
- ✓Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- ✓Refunds are issued via bKash or bank transfer to the original payment method.
- ✓For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via bKash after verification.
- ✓Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- ✓If you paid via SSLCommerz, the refund will be credited back to the original card/account.
Exchange Policy
- ✓We offer exchanges for size issues on unstitched items only.
- ✓Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- ✓The item must be unused and in original condition with tags.
- ✓Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- ✓If the desired size/item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
Defective or Wrong Items
- ✓If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- ✓Send us clear photos of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
- ✓We will arrange a free return pickup and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
